Goal

Finish the deploy/verify step for the curated home/plasma.nix cleanup.

Context

The uncurated rc2nix dump has already been reduced in the repo. The remaining work is to deploy it and confirm that only deliberate preferences remain managed while machine-specific state stays owned by Plasma.

Acceptance Checklist

Deploy the updated Home Manager / Plasma configuration.
Confirm the retained preferences still behave correctly.
Confirm stale geometry/session state is no longer being forced at login.
Validate that the removed machine-dependent entries were safe to drop.

Verification Targets

File dialog preferences
Shortcuts
Trash policy
Normal Plasma session behavior without stale layout reapplication

Notes

Default applications and Plasma favourites were intentionally left unmanaged and should stay that way unless there is a separate explicit decision.
