Closing as stale: the reported nixpkgs revision 044bfe75… was later accepted into main (commit 608ad83, 2026-08-14). main has advanced through newer input updates, and nix flake check passes on the current revision (2026-08-23). The original report was diagnosis-only because the remediation controller lacked result.json; it is no longer an actionable update incident.
