Context

The main Current Hosts and directory-structure sections still describe a four-host fleet even though Cosmos and Chaos are active configurations. The remediation subsystem is also described operationally without a clear source-layout boundary.

Scope

Add Cosmos and Chaos to the primary host/directory overview.
Document the shared Paseo daemon module.
Document the remediation package layout and stable CLI entry point.

Completion criteria

All six active hosts appear in the primary documentation.
Directory and architecture guidance match the repository after refactoring.
Documentation receives focused review.
