Goal

Remove the temporary local deployment artifacts after the new lyra install is confirmed stable.

Acceptance Checklist

Remove /tmp/lyra_ssh_host_ed25519_key from electra.
Remove /tmp/lyra-extra/ from electra.
Decide when to archive or remove the external backup.
Keep cleanup separate from the critical restore/validation work so rollback data is not removed too early.

Notes

This issue should remain open until the host has been stable long enough that deleting the temporary deployment materials is low-risk.
