Re-found the repository wiki as the curated knowledge layer for the NixOS fleet: system atlas, governance and ADRs, operational runbooks, engineering handbook, and a smaller repository-oriented learning path. Work is split into independently resumable phase issues; the live repository is authoritative and the wiki Git history preserves the retired manual.
