Chaos Physical Host Migration

Replace Proxmox on the physical host at 192.168.8.244 with a fresh Chaos NixOS installation. The 500 GB Crucial NVMe is the approved wipe target and contains no VM data; the Ventoy USB must remain untouched. Track declarative configuration, permanent identity and SOPS/Nebula rotation, installation, and live validation.
