Goal

Provide a reusable Waybar configuration for the optional Hyprland session.

Scope

Use separate Nix settings and style concerns.
Cover workspaces, clock, network, audio, battery, tray, and basic resource indicators.
Make fonts, colours, spacing, and host-specific modules easy to override.
Do not copy the reference repository's complete application/theme inventory.

Acceptance criteria

Waybar is enabled only for the Hyprland profile.
The configuration is declarative and readable.
Laptop-specific indicators work on Electra.
Plasma configuration is unaffected.
