Evaluate and, where justified, build a parallel Hyprland desktop profile without replacing KDE Plasma.

This milestone turns the findings from issue #89 into focused implementation deliverables for Electra. Preserve the repository's existing host facts, AI desktop profile, power handling, and Plasma session. Prefer native NixOS/Home Manager modules over ad-hoc startup scripts.
