This section defines how to navigate the knowledge base, where different kinds of project information belong, and the policies governing changes to the fleet.

Current pages

  • Documentation Map and Scope — ownership boundaries among the repository, README, wiki, Forgejo, BookStack, and Engram.
  • Documentation Standards — page types, metadata, naming, cross-linking, review triggers, and reusable templates.
  • Project and Change Governance — current policy for Forgejo tracking, risk-based change paths, validation, rollout evidence, and knowledge promotion.
  • Security Baseline — current required controls, host/service review gate, known exceptions, and enforcement policy.
  • Architecture Decisions — accepted rationale, constraints, alternatives, and supersession state for consequential choices.

Active plans and execution state belong in Forgejo. Only policies and knowledge that remain useful after an issue closes belong in this section.
