Refs #170

Adds a Moonlight-only FFmpeg 8 override so newer nixpkgs candidates can be validated without globally pinning FFmpeg. The lifecycle metadata and reverse patch let the scheduled trusted pin-lifecycle job test an unpinned current candidate and create a review-only removal MR once it recovers.

Validation:

  • just test-auto-update
  • nix flake check
  • Electra Moonlight package build, confirming an FFmpeg 8 input

No deployment or automatic merge is performed by this change.
